Purchasing high-quality lighting for your car is an investment, and you want to be sure that you're protected in case something goes wrong. Because GTR Lighting is aware of this worry, they have created return and warranty guidelines that will ease your mind. What you should know is this.
The GTR Lighting Warranty Promise
GTR Lighting guarantees the high quality of its products. As a result, many of its products come with a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty allows you to return a damaged product for a replacement within the warranty period.
A limited lifetime guarantee is valid for the duration of a product's useful life. However, a product's guarantee could expire sooner if it is discontinued. GTR Lighting will do all in its power to replace it with a product of the same or lower value that is currently on the market.
The warranty conditions vary depending on the product. For instance, the "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" limited lifetime guarantee is offered on their HID Conversion Kits, HID Bulbs, HID Ballasts, and relay harnesses. They offer a two-year general guarantee for their LED off-road light bars and a one-year replacement warranty for all LED bulb replacement goods.
Returns and Exchanges
Within 30 calendar days of product delivery, GTR Lighting welcomes returns for exchange, repair, or reimbursement. Nevertheless, no credit or refund is available for delivery costs.
Products must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition" to qualify for a refund. Even if something has been installed for a short period of time, it is no longer considered new.
You have 30 days to exchange an item, and you will receive shop credit to buy another item.
